PRIVATE DAY, SUNSET, FULL DAY OR ISLAND HOPPING SAILING CRUISE

RESERVATION

To secure and confirm the date, a refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of the reservation.

The remaining balance will be charged 72 hours before the embarkation date.

In the case of special offers, full-day, or island hopping cruises, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount will be applied, and the remaining balance will be charged 72 hours before the embarkation date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations or any additional changes, SANTOSAILS requests that you provide notification via email to reservations@santosails.com

Cancellations more than 72 hours before the embarkation date incur no charge, and a full refund of the paid deposit/full amount will be issued.

Any changes placed more than 72 hours before the embarkation date are subject to availability and will not incur any extra fees. In case of no availability, a full refund of the paid deposit/full amount will be issued, except in cases involving special offers.

Cancellations or any changes made within 72 hours before the embarkation date will incur a 100% charge of the full amount as a cancellation fee.

Refunds will typically be processed within 14 working days from the date the client notifies us, though the actual timeframe may vary depending on the originating bank.

SANTOSAILS reserves the right to cancel the cruise in the event of heavy rain, extreme winds, engine issues, material damage, or any other factor that may affect the safety or quality of the service.

In the case of a cancellation initiated by Santosails, a full refund of the deposit/full payment will be issued within 14 working days.

VESSEL SUBSTITUTION

In the rare event of overbooking or unforeseen operational issues, Santosails reserves the right to substitute the originally booked vessel with another of similar or superior category, specifications, and comfort. While we will make every effort to notify the client in advance, such changes may occur up to the day of the cruise. The replacement vessel will offer an equivalent or enhanced experience, and this substitution does not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation, provided the essential features of the service remain substantially the same.

Cancellations or any changes made within 7 days of the embarkation date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

SANTOSAILS reserves the right to cancel the transfer in adverse weather conditions or any other factor that may affect the safety or quality of the service.

In such cases, a full refund of the deposit/full payment will be issued within 14 working days.

GUEST LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

POST-CRUISE INSPECTION

After each cruise, the crew inspects the vessel to identify any items left behind. If found, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the guest.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SANTOSAILS, its staff, and affiliates accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during or after the cruise. Guests are solely responsible for collecting all items before disembarkation.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By joining a Santo Sails cruise, guests agree to these terms and waive any related claims.
